what if we live in the us though
All transportation to ROBLOX is on your own.
Seems fair, I could easily make my way down there. So I am going to apply.
Got’cha. Just making sure as I am from the United Kingdom.
Really want to do it, but I need to be in college in order for me to get a visa
Guess I have to wait until 2020
You have to fund transport yourself but Roblox typically pay for the J1 visa.
So does this means that it doesn’t matter if I apply as 17 and I’ll be 18 by that time, right?
Right, I see. Hopefully flights from London to California won’t be too much. Thanks.
You can apply if you will be 18 by the time the program starts.
I’m going for the accelerators program. @Nightgaladeld what if my best work is currently paid access?
I applied when I was 17 and I didn’t turn 18 until July. They are flexible with the schedule and allowed me to start as soon as I turned 18, a couple of weeks after everyone else started
You may apply with paid access games, our team will be able to check it out.
Applied for Accelerator <3 wish me luck!
You’re taking a leap I’d never be able to. Good luck on your application.
Thank you :]
I love these programs, I did the accelerator program with Vehicle Simulator. We got tons of work done on it, and the AAA environment is definitely amazing to work in. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone willing to work hard.
It’s on the first page where you select which position you’re available for and when.
Oh right how did I forget about that lol
Edit: @Nightgaladeld could you verify that I checked the box for 2018 Summer Incubator?
Just checked and you marked the following box: Incubator 2018 Summer
If I have already graduated from post secondary with no chance of returning (any time soon at least), am I ineligible as I’m technically no longer a student?
At this point of my life, I might as well apply for an actual job in Dev Relations
Edit, @SO_Owen pretty much answered my question just as I posted this.
