I think it’s great to see security improving on Roblox! I think it would be brilliant if they added this option to the “Don’t Get Locked Out” screen (see attached) for new users.

Hi, I also noticed this. I’m sure it was unintentional, but would be very nice to get fixed using either fingerprint or faceID biometrics! However and NFC tag would also work fine, and be just as secure unless cloned.

The next step is to force emails on accounts when signing up and really push the authentication app.
Late reply but you’re confusing hardware keys with passkeys. You have to buy hardware keys from a company like yubikey, what you want is something like a passkey which google released recently, Roblox didn’t mention anything like that in this post so it’s not a bug
@henry_glends Pretty sure it was intentional since they’re different things. Fingerprint/faceid is (i’m pretty sure) not referred to as a security key
