DISCLAIMER: Most of you have never heard of an image filter or image effect on them, and some of you do know what I am talking about. I will be sharing some videos and images of what they will affect and what they look like on some images.
Intro:
As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to have different image filters and effects onto them such as a static looking image of a noob head or the Roblox logo, or maybe a nice sparkle effect on the image as a layer to make it a bit more effectful, and can also save time for developers that use outside sources or studio that need to create an image or upload it onto studio.
Alright, we’ve have used some websites or apps like Canva or Photoshop that can use filters to create pencil sketched images or maybe some sort of color effect like a static T.V or maybe a shatter effect that makes the image look like shattered glass, but what if this was added into Roblox and how could it change on creating images?
Having image effects and maybe some nice filters that could change the tone of the image and maybe some sort section inside the properties tab that can allow you to choose certain filers/effects for your image or maybe contrast to boost the lighting for the image or tone it down a bit.
^ In my opinion, I think this would be kind of nice because it saves you time from finding the right contrast level and maybe less space in your folders.
Here are some videos for both filters and effects onto an image:

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because it can save us time uploading, adjusting every time, and customizing a certain image that is custom made on any external website/app for the creation of UI elements for our games.
Anyway, what I see for this is maybe some more features with ImageLabel and ImageButton for improvements and a new system inside studio and something that can benefit UI designers entirely. Users who might see this could have mixed opinions on if this feature can benefit or not benefit developers on Roblox.
So, opinions on this?
