As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to edit the draw distance of shadows. It seems that we’re currently limited to around 500 to 600 studs of shadows around the camera at max graphics, but for games that have large maps and you’re kinda movin’ around at the speed of sound, like Boost Vector, it looks cool, don’t get me wrong, but it would just look a lot better if the draw distance could be bumped up, instead of shadows just forming around you.
What would be desirable is a way to change the draw distance, both in Studio to set the default draw distance for max graphics, and a way to change it while in game, because performance.
