Ability to see un-owned Badges

Title says it all. It would be very nice to see badges that I don’t own. So I can see what to do to earn it. Now on my profile in the Badges menu, all I can see is Badges I have received.

This could avoid some confusion as can be seen here.

Would make badges much more fun!

It displays a check mark next to the ones you have:
