Ability to tint SunRaysEffect

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to change the color of the sun rays generated by a SunRaysEffect due to it being automated by ClockTime/TimeOfDay.

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because especially with upcoming Atmosphere improvements, I would like to be able to tint sun rays to simulate light refraction in different ethers, such as a fallout zone with a polluted green sky.

If implemented, I would really prefer that tinting not be connected to ColorShift_Top or automatically colored through an Atmosphere. A simple Color3 value in SunRaysEffects would work just fine.
