About Page colours inverted in Safari when in Light Mode

Rewritten this topic, so it can be viewed easily by Roblox Staffs and normal users.

Description of Bug

This bug is currently causing the DevForum’s About Page’s Staff’s profile pictures to be inverted. It seems to be happening only on Safari. The current OS for my IPad (which I’m using to view this) is 16.2.

Date of Bug

This has been happening as of 15th July, 2023. There seems to be a similar Bug Report for this, but got closed after it got fixed presumably by a Roblox Staff.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go on Safari and access the DevForum About Page.
  2. The staff’s profile pictures should be inverted.

Does it happen on other sites as well? You may have developer mode on.

As far as I can see, it’s only here.

And no, I don’t have Developer Mode on.

Does it happen on other pages of the dev forum? You should look at the source code as well.

The About page seems to be the only page where this happens.

And what should I look for in the source code?

I do assume it doesn’t happen in Dark Mode nor Roblox Dark Mode

This seems to be something only in Light Mode, as said in the title, for some reasons.

It also only affects Staff profile pics. Not yours or the developer logo.

Yes, that seems to be the case as of now.

Just checked, and it still seems to be happening.

I also see you are in private mode. Try changing that to see what happens,

When you click on a profile to preview it, is it still inverted?

If I click on a profile, it directly brings me to their DevForum full profile instead of previewing. Their profile picture seems to look okay on their profile page.

Yes, but the colours are still inverted.

Don’t worry, it might be an error in the HTML or CSS code.

Wonder how of all things, the staff’s profile pictures gets inverted.

But thanks for your help! Hopefully a staff responds to this soon.
