I am experiencing a bug where textures are not loading onto the thumbnail preview of some marketplace accessories, seen below, The item in question uses the same texture as the items seen next to it in the following image.

Experiencing the same issue; This has nothing to do with the texture being archived/pending either. Every texture with the associated hat has already been approved, yet the thumbnail shows as gray.
No idea why this was closed, this is a reocurring issue with recently created accessories.
Just today there are already 35+ items that replicate this bug, it’s like 1/2 of the catalog experiencing this issue.

Pretty sure this is literally affecting every item uploaded in the past two-three days. Because even items without the gray thumbnails are loading improperly on both the profile and ingame.
Extremely annoying in my case, It happened to a Dynamic Head which is a death sentence for it’s success.
The face has an appropriate texture but it’s missing from my UGC upload.
Anyway to report this? I REALLY need a thumbnail regenerate BADLY. People are going to think they’re buying a blank head.
This is the only outlet for reporting this issue which is currently affecting 200-300 items. Funny how slow it is taking.
Hope they’re willing to hand out refunds on the upload fees cause this counts as broken upload.
Wonder if Roblox is going to take zero accountability for this.
