I paid 1,000 advance publishing fee for three separate wings I uploaded (paid 750 robux each) and after I paid all this robux doing the same avatar accessory fitting tool and doing the usual procedures, I have uploaded three UGC items which acts abnormal.
Abnormal??? My wings are showing GRAY, yes all gray. Past uploads on the Roblox marketplace, the wings never looked gray.
The last three I published using Roblox Studio, using the same procedure for upload, accessory fitting tool and everything, the wings have textures as the screenshots prove, but yet some are seeing the wings looking pure gray, no textures.
When I wear my wings, they show texture, when somebody else sees it or buys it then it shows all gray wings with no texture.
You see the catalog items, the three wings at issue are not gray wings.
The Bee Wings, the Outer Space Wings, and the Roses wings.
See how it looks all gray but in the thumbnails in the Roblox Marketplace the wings are not all gray. This is a bug, a glitch, proven by the screenshots.
Please fix the bug, glitches since I paid a lot of robux for this. If the wings look gray then nobody is going to want to buy the wings so I will never get an advance publishing rebate because nobody wants to buy gray wings which are supposed to have a texture.
My mom who tried on my wings before buying them saw that they were gray wings, and are not supposed to be gray wings.
Expected behavior
The wings should be showing their textures as shown in the capture images when it was published by and through Roblox Studio.
The preview photos and even my UGC stores in my experience show the wings not looking gray. Yet people like my mother on Roblox wants to buy my wings but sees that they are gray, pure gray with no textures. This has never happened before and I done the same procedure for accessory fitting tool and uploading to Roblox and paying the 750 fee. I did the same procedures for my other wings and they do not look gray.
They are not supposed to look all gray, they are supposed to use the texture when it was approved by AI moderation and on the marketplace.
This is a bug, and I know it’s a bug because of the differences in the wings showing up for me, showing up on my alt account but then the wings look gray for my mom who uses Roblox.
This is a weird bug.
See they look good for my avatar and don’t look all gray. Yet when my mom opens up Roblox App and tries the wings on, they look all gray. This has never happened previously.
The corrupt Roblox Moderators are trying to cover up this issue, I will not let them cover it up. I paid a lot of robux for this. I will file a lawsuit against Roblox if they don’t fix this bug.
Look I am angry because the moderator closed my thread acting like there is no issue. This is a real bug and somebody needs to fix this, I put work into this stuff, the unique textures. I hate doing a lot of work for it to be bugged/glitched.
Please fix this, I beg you to fix this. I know there is good people working at Roblox, please good people who work there, please fix this bug.
