I’m in the US but the process to get a passport is too difficult to be worth it in the long run, and I’m not yet old enough for a drivers license.

3,012 posts (as of writing) that are not deleted, and still no response from Roblox. I have a feeling they’ll never respond and just leave us in the dark. I wouldn’t be surprised if they deprecate & remove Sounds at this point.

Roblox Even decided to round up the numbers of audio lengths, meaning audios that are 5.5 long will also be considered as 6.

The sound of crickets I used in my game got the red cross, so I replaced the sound id with a sound that was licensed under The creative commons 0 license (meaning no copyright) AND IT GOT DENIED.
want to hear something more fun? every single (50+) audios i replaced got the same treatment, every single one of them got denied even being copyright free.

It doesnt matter if it is copyright free, the audio must be uploaded by you or roblox.
If you look on google then go to the stock market and click monthly you will use they already lost just above 40% of their market this month due to the update

- Paying for audios with no upload limits.
- Having monthly audio uploads for free with Roblox determining how much you are provided with.

So I’m just gonna assume that this update, was, indeed, 100% due to copyright issues.
Roblox probably only had 1-2 weeks to pull off this update, and if they didn’t do anything they’d be paying several millions of dollars to all of the plaintiffs involved in this case
Surely Roblox will make changes to this update soon, right?

Yeah, probably also another fun fact is if you own any audio you cant carry it to any group that your in, but your upload limit carry on.
