The change is to allow all users to have 200 places open, not the public extension for 200-player servers.

Refer to the ap=ag formula, where ap is the #of abandoned projects and ag is the #of active places

I mean, this is an AMAZING change and leap towards expanding developer freedom and the user experience. My only use case for this is opening many games on my alts instead of buying BC I don’t use and using group games to ensure my games persist with or without BC. I never usually reach over 15 active places per account given personal servers are removed.
Buying BC is still good though. Don’t forget about the Robux taxes on your sales.

Don’t need 100, or even 200. The simple fact that you can activate a place whenever needed without worrying about the limit [like you’d have to if it was say, twenty or thirty] is a very welcome change by almost everyone on Roblox. Aside from a few who are unhappy about losing something they got from OBC.
But even they get an extra hundred places, so I don’t see why they are upset.

Groups are more of a social feature than a functional feature. I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes unchanged for a while.
Also, just realized us OBC people should have access to “100!” groups. Why are we limited to 100 instead of 9.33 * 10157?
