Ad Manager Doesn't Let Me Submit Ads

Do you think that there could be a relation between my ads not being able to submit and the ones that I did submit getting 0 impressions?
Or what could be some reasons for the second one…

I’m having the same issue. I contacted support and they say that my account got wrongfully flagged due to some recent fraud attempt. They have said several times that the problem is fixed and that I should be able to create new campaigns but the problem persisted. The last mail said that I should try creating a new experience, which is kind of absurf as I won’t be able to acces my experience in that new account. So, really stucked here due to bad support. Any of you guys have tried creating a new account or have any idea on how to share ownership to a new account? I’m starting to feel that they won’t fix anything and we’ll to figure out a workaround on ourselves (or just lost months of work)

I think I’m going to try making another ad account.

I just tried downloading the experience, creating a new Roblox account, making the old experience private and publishing a new experience using the downloaded copy. It allowed me to create a campaign with the new Roblox account, but zero results up to this point. I don’t think this is going to work, it seems that the system is really broken. However, I hope it work for you. Please let us know if it does.

Hi - this is also happening to me.

I was able to create 4 sponsors. None got any impressions. I now get the same error as OP whenever trying to submit a create sponsor form.

Hi, this is still an issue. Please look into this ASAP.

My card was charged $6.00 in total for no give and I don’t want that to be stolen from me.

My team is still being affected too.

The experience has been public for several weeks and we started our first sponsor almost a fortnight ago now. For no reason we can discern, it feels like our experience has been blacklisted, and my own Ads Manager account just appears to be locked out of making another sponsor campaign. This is very disheartening.

Please look into this issue for us.

Yep, can’t run ads either, getting the same error. This is some larger scale problem with the ad manager.

Urgent issue, this occurs due to the payment method selection turning empty when you pick a method.

Is there anyone investigating this issue right now? I would like to start ads ASAP for this weekend. It is urgent to me.

I am having a issue with creating ads at the moment. Whenever I select my ad credits balance it does that and I am unable to create the ad.

Still getting the error as of November 2024.

The network error message displays:

And in fact when i go back to look at my payment method is seems to default to None even though i select ad credits. Whatever i choose between CC or adcredits it just selects back nothing when clicking on any of the two options.

This problem is occurring again it seems.

I can not choose to use the ad credit option when running ads.

Can confirm this problem is happening to me. Thankfully the Co-Owner to my studio can continue to run ads via their PC, it just seems to be something wrong with my PC?

Same thing is also happening to me. Like explained, once I select the Payment Method, it goes blank like shown in the picture, and once I setup everything for the ad the error happens.

The problem is affecting us too, we aren’t able to publish any new ads.

i think it’s something probably on the roblox’s end, we just have to wait
