When I went to submit an ad, I was told “Something went wrong. Please try again later” This happened today and yesterday to no avail. I thought that the issue was that I had 3 ads running already, but when one of them went inactive I was still greeted with this error message.
Additionally none of my ads get any impressions. I do get refunded but now I’m not even able to submit an ad.
Do you think that there could be a relation between my ads not being able to submit and the ones that I did submit getting 0 impressions?
Or what could be some reasons for the second one…
I’m having the same issue. I contacted support and they say that my account got wrongfully flagged due to some recent fraud attempt. They have said several times that the problem is fixed and that I should be able to create new campaigns but the problem persisted. The last mail said that I should try creating a new experience, which is kind of absurf as I won’t be able to acces my experience in that new account. So, really stucked here due to bad support. Any of you guys have tried creating a new account or have any idea on how to share ownership to a new account? I’m starting to feel that they won’t fix anything and we’ll to figure out a workaround on ourselves (or just lost months of work)
I just tried downloading the experience, creating a new Roblox account, making the old experience private and publishing a new experience using the downloaded copy. It allowed me to create a campaign with the new Roblox account, but zero results up to this point. I don’t think this is going to work, it seems that the system is really broken. However, I hope it work for you. Please let us know if it does.
The experience has been public for several weeks and we started our first sponsor almost a fortnight ago now. For no reason we can discern, it feels like our experience has been blacklisted, and my own Ads Manager account just appears to be locked out of making another sponsor campaign. This is very disheartening.

And in fact when i go back to look at my payment method is seems to default to None even though i select ad credits. Whatever i choose between CC or adcredits it just selects back nothing when clicking on any of the two options.
Can confirm this problem is happening to me. Thankfully the Co-Owner to my studio can continue to run ads via their PC, it just seems to be something wrong with my PC?
Same thing is also happening to me. Like explained, once I select the Payment Method, it goes blank like shown in the picture, and once I setup everything for the ad the error happens.
