Add Push to Talk to in-game voice chat

Push to Talk (PTT from now on) is essential to any voice chat service.

I live with the other developer in a small apartment with our PCs being just across the room. Since we cannot move our entire workstations due to different reasons, we have to rely on PTT especially when we’re both in the same call.

This makes Roblox’s voice chat almost impossible to use for us as our microphones pick up the other person when they speak. Tuning the sensitivity of the microphones might not be possible due to the fact that certain microphones do not come with the required software to do so without making it too complicated and Roblox does not provide it natively.

If Roblox were to address this issue, this would make talking to people better as it would make it less awkward to be in a voice conversation in game with other users without needing to constantly mute and unmute your microphone while trying to stay mindful to the other users.

Under the assumption PublishPause stops a speaker from talking (mutes them). Wouldn’t it possible to hook that up to ContextActionService or smth.

Obviously I have no idea what any of the API does so don’t take this at face value
