I own a game starving artists and I would like to give players the ability to upload their art as decals to their own account. I’ve tried using the Cloud API for this but any inappropriate art piece would cause the account to be moderated. If a solution could be created to solve this need, players would be able to take their UGC outside of just starving artists and into other games!

I read this and I thought it would break the service terms, but then I realized that the people who made the content would be moderated instead of the game holder.
This feature, if it did exist, would be quite useless without a way to determine if the content was determined safe after moderation.
Though, it does not seem possible to implement unless Roblox made some sort of internal image editing program that can turn it into a PNG file.
