Add the "Have you tried the like button?" on attempt at <30 character post

Discourse has this, and i think it is removed here. There is a lot of <30 character posts that just do 30charssss just to bypass it. However the “Have you tried the button?” is removed from the error here.

Look at the message shaking lol. Surely to piss someone off (it did it to me and it was just a test for it to intentionally happen) to the point where they will just leave a like instead. You can’t tell me it doesn’t.

What I want to know is why Discourse has translations for some messages but not all:

discourse in welsh when
