Hello Developers,
Recently @pyxfluff and I have been working on a new resource which allows developers and people with organizations or businesses to advertise their website or project for free. Although there will be paid plans, there is a free plan which will still give you access to the advertising services but with lower priority.
Currently we do not have many advertising clients although we are giving exclusive early access to Roblox Developers before we give access to the general public.
Please note that AdMySite is still in an early phase of testing, we can not guarantee everything will work as our code is not refined to withstand large amounts of traffic. We will be monitoring the status of our servers and code to make sure the release of AdMySite will go smoothly.
How it works for the public:
For the public, AdMySite will serve as a place to find new groups, games, and friends. It will also serve as a way to make money as we plan on paying people who invite our discord bot into their server to advertise every hour or so in a specified channel. It will work on a “by community for community” basis. This is subject to change and restrictions and is still a work in progress.
We plan on working on several services, not just our website, combined, we may get some use out of other services, like web embeds and the DIscord bot.
It is in an early beta and multiple things wont be working out of the gate.
Kinda feel it should not be in the Community Resources then but in #help-and-feedback:creations-feedback cuz the website clearly is not complete so I don’t really think it should be in this catagory.
I think it would look better if you have it say your missing a field on the same page rather then going to a blank page.
Add some type of ToS. It currently says “No questions asked” which is an issue cuz someone could post a link to an 18+ website or something like that which you could then get into legal trouble when minors would see it.
Change the dark blue border. It really does not look good at all tbh.
Make the “Search for sites…” text thing in the search bar not text but rather the placeholder text. At the moment you need to remove the text which is kinda annoying.
When the website loads sometimes you can see the page without the CSS. Should look into that.

In the main website, each advertisement is not in a perfect grid. It doesnt seem to adjust either if you change the size of the window making the website hard to use on a mobile phone. Not only that but the blue outline is weird. Maybe a grey would fit better, especially for the search and submit buttons on the top bar.
You should have an option for light mode. I dont personally like light mode though some people like light mode better than dark and some find it necessary to see a webpage properly.
Definitely a cool idea though. With some fixing I can see potential for this.
