Downtime notice

I noted a critical error in the ads database.
I took the site offline until we can get this patched.
The site not waking up is normal. Thank you.

the issue has been resolved, turns out i didnt know how to properly write a file in python, the issue has been resolved and we have incorporated a backup system to prevent future data loss

2 Questions, will you be adding the search feature back in and also will the More Sites page include all teh sites added to the server (Maybe like a feedback feature on the website could be added aswell in case the feedback is considered ‘off-topic’ by roblox or if people not from DevForum use your product.
More sites has 15 ads as far as I know. We may look into that as well as a search function.
For me its only 8, might be like a me issue though. (Using firefox)
Also just wanna say you guys are really speedy at fixing problems and implementing feedback, my feedback was implemented (likes) in less than 2 hours, respec.

I would do that but if we end up having over 1000 ads it could most definitely load the server and client
It can be up to 12 advertisements on the catalog at once
the actual number of advertisements can be lower if there is a duplicate ad that is randomized

I’m not sure if this is a troll ad, however I would just simply get rid of it instead of saying the ad has been deleted since it just makes the website look unclean.

That was me. The issue there is I have to go and rename every single ad past that one, I will of in and fix it tonight.

And no im not kidding, backups didnt help because it clears everytime the server starts
Yeah, our ad database has been reset due to a bug sadly.
Please resubmit any ads. We’re working on adding a few and restoring any possible.

You should definitely think of switching to hostinger since they garuntee backups, or try to create more backups since then you can ensure people their ads won’t be gone. (And subdomains will be available and they give you free databases for like users so that will help and the subdomains give you the ability to create more product under the admysite brand

The only thing on the site currently is a single add, is this because of the database error the over day or because of some other reason?
Yeah, we’re moving to a real server bc Replit keeps deleting the files.
