Advise on how to avoid white borders on images

First off, I am not using any photoshop software like Adobe, it’s very expensive from its subscription. However, I’m using Affinity Photo & Designer.

As I suppose, the white borders or what I call “white shadows” happens to every image I upload to Roblox. In many certain ways, I’ve tried to do anything to fix it but no solution.

How would I have no fringes on the image when I export?

What I do is first I save the basic roblox game image, (The default one for any game you create) Then I paste my image in over it, (Do not expand the canvas) and move it so it is inside the default roblox game image borders. Then save and post. (You can use paint net to do simple stuff like this)
Hope this helped!!
