you can recover 70% of the robux through a t-shirt sale, and groups can be transferred quite easily. I also don’t understand why people set their account age like this when they plan on developing, or why they do it at all.
I get why people would want to lie about their age (privacy, removing safechat) but there is literally no reason to set your account age this low. There’s also no reason for a <13 user to ID verify, and it might even be illegal to request such information of a user you believe is under 13.
I created my account when I did not know anything about Roblox, just because a friend told me to install it. I was not planning to develop whatsoever, especially as I never heard of Roblox until then. The app was glitchy on my phone and I was unable to scroll in the age prompt. That’s why I set the age of birth to 11 days before account creation, the first of December 2019 (I was not 11 days old when I set up my account).

Roblox support doesn’t work, when you tell them that you mistakenly set the age, they will think you are very young, Roblox will believe that you are 0 years old, even if you show enough evidence like your ID, Birth Certificate, they still won’t believe you and think you’re 0 years old
This is likely a legal issue since there are very strict laws surrounding collecting data from people under 13 or under 16 depending on the country. Since Roblox believes you are under 13/16 currently it is possible that they may not be allowed to collect your id as verification.
I already did to reply the damn Roblox Support for my main account “BehYT3” for adjust my age incorrectly onto correctly. As my results, all of these Roblox Supports are completely bots and doesn’t handle my ticket request after I reply with my ID attachment. Look my result:

That’s true of your statements when I attempted to attach my evidence as my ID, it might not worked based on my reply image of my results in Roblox support.
Same, I already requested to Roblox Support for evidence to change my main account date of birth on July 19, and still not getting responded my results in Roblox Support tickets 5 days ago or above with wait for results.
But, you’re forgetting a thing, now people can lie about their age easier, to get voice chat. While it may have been a good update, it might have allowed more people to fake their ages…
