Allow age changes with ID verification even when account is underaged

This is likely a legal issue since there are very strict laws surrounding collecting data from people under 13 or under 16 depending on the country. Since Roblox believes you are under 13/16 currently it is possible that they may not be allowed to collect your id as verification.

you can contact support and provide evidence that you are 13+. in the future, we are working on a self-service age correction flow in case someone accidentally provided the wrong age.

The official stance on this seems to be that you should use support to prove your age, at least for now.

Agreed, I need to use different alliases to even use dev forum. But since they announced it will be available soon, I really hope it will

r best place to go if you did this, while ID verification to verify you are over the age would be nice, it is not the only way to handle this. This post seems to imply that there is zero way to change this which is false in most cases. Roblox literally has entire support category for people who set their age incorrectly on their account.
