Allow Developers to make the StarterCharacter Head and UpperTorso Non-Collideable

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to create a rolling animation without the head or upper torso slightly going into the ground and causing a collision bouncing the character up. It makes the animation look bad and I want to make the head non-collideable so it doesn’t hit the ground.

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because I will have more control over the character, and there is really no reason to not allow developers to turn off the head collision if they know what they are doing.

While it’s silly that we can’t just turn CanCollide off, you can set them to a collision group that doesn’t collide with anything else
