As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to turn the Camera using the keyboard, only with the right mouse button:

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because, in addition to being a standard of almost all games, moving the camera with the keyboard allows you to avoid using the mouse, when other functions are associated with it.
This is already a feature assuming your keyboard has arrow keys.

I’m referring to the camera movement with the right mouse button.
I and O do the same as the mouse wheel.
If your keyboard has arrow keys you can rotate the camera around the current plane. It doesn’t offer the same level of rotation as the mouse however - the mouse will naturally offer orbital dragging but arrow keys only offer rotation horizontally depending on the camera’s current placement. This is because the up and down arrow keys are reserved for character movement.
That’s why I’m creating this feature request.
