We spoke privately about this when you first posted the thread, but for the sake of others looking at this thread -
Definitely hear that right now the way groups are constructed makes life difficult with the 100 group limit. We are working to make groups a lot more scalable, and easier for you to manage (we’ve been launching things over this year such as this, and this, but have much more coming up over 2025!).
For creators involved in many different projects at one time, we are working on a feature where they could do this with a group. Next year, we are unlocking external group permissions, meaning the person you’re working with could give your group permission to…quite literally anything that they could an individual user! The benefit of this is that it means you can control and scale your collaborations in just one place - your group - making it a lot more scalable.
My expectation there is that this will alleviate the need to increase the maximum group limit for this reason, because you will be able to access everything you need from a centralized place, rather than 100s of different places spread across Roblox
