Hi, I want to make sure about this; I’ve seen games use music from other games such as games from Nintendo, Sony, etc. So, my question is would I be allowed to play this music at the intro of a map?
I would put down Copyright in the credits but I just want to be safe.
I wouldn’t do that, as people using assets like a decal of mario were warned and their assets got deleted. Unless you’d want to pay nintendo, this wouldn’t be allowed.

No, you can’t use their music. It falls under copyright law. Unless you’d want to pay them, I suggest finding some music that isn’t copyrighted, make your own, or hire someone who can.
Just because someone else did it doesn’t mean you can.
