I’ve been developing a bit on Unity and Unreal engine lately, and something that would enhance the roblox material palette is an unlit shader.
Something that you can color but that doesn’t have shadows.
We actually have the neon material that can do it but there is that glowing effect at a certain graphic quality level:
Max graphics (has glow, which is bad in that case)
So as you can see on the lowest settings you don’t have the glow effect anymore, and I’m talking about a new material that would look like the lowest settings one.
The use of a material like this one is infinite, and would greatly add more depth to games with a wyse use of it.
I don’t know about you all, but I would really use this for my games.
