Animating with IK in roblox studio breaks the IK System

Reproduction Steps

System Info:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

Memory: 32GB

NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3070 Ti

Reproduction Steps:

  1. create rig
  2. open animation editor
  3. enable ik function
  4. click and drag an object to animate
  5. let go of object in position
  6. bug should be present now if you try animating anything else.

Expected Behavior

Once I enable the IK function, the rig should be animating using IK, joints should be bending and following a target object, animation should be working so i can correctly animate what i wanted to.

Actual Behavior

Workaround

No work around besides off platform software

I’m guessing this issue still isn’t solve yet.

My whole art team has this problem. We get one part to work, and then the same part separates and moves independently. Then we get hopeful because a few parts work for a few keyframes, and then it breaks. If we’re doing something wrong, I wish I just knew what it was.

The IK works perfectly with scripts, where I can use an attachment object as a real-time mover for a hand or foot, etc. So weird it breaks all the time in Animation Studio.
