Hello ricorodrigus,
The normals of some faces of this mesh, which looks nice btw, are probably facing the wrong way. This is fairly common with unions in Roblox.
The only way to fix this is to export the model to a .FBX or .OBJ format. Then you can import this format into a 3D editing software such as Blender. After you’ve done, I advise you to view the links below. And the included images.

I wish you the best of luck and if you have any questions, please feel free to do so.

Try revert the place history if you saved multiple times during this process. I feel you man… had this happen to me many times…

Wow impressive work, I don’t believe there are ways to save broken unions unless you’ve saved the place previously and loaded it back up. As aperatureonline said, exporting and re-importing would be your best option however if the model is over 10k triangles then you will have to cut it into smaller portions in blender or another 3D modeling software to satisfy your needs.

Have you tried modeling in a 3D modeling software? It takes some time to get used to but once you get the hang of it you have pretty much unlimited options and you won’t really have any save/part issues like Roblox does. You can also optimize the model better by minimizing the amount of triangles in the model.

In blender, the inverse face keybind is ctrl + N. If you do plan on using the option and go with blender and have any issues, let me know so I can help you out.

Try this My Unions Have Disappeared

@apertureonline Pretty sure if it that would’ve been the cause, some faces would still be visible (from the inside). Here, the mesh of the union is completely gone.

Yes, I was wrong with my conclusion. It has been a while since I made very complex unions like this in Roblox, and then I always had the problem that the normals flipped without. I now use Blender for complex models.

Problem fixed lads!
Cheers for the support.
It seems that unions took over 10 minutes to load…
