What I mean by a “target age” is the age of the players you were expecting to play the game not the player’s favorite genre.

i would probably want at least 8-15 year olds to play the game then
If you want 8-11 make pet shops and customizable houses.
If you want 12 - 15 you should make criminals, jails, police, and unfortunately, because of the current trends, lots of guns and weapons. Which might make it too violent for young players.
