I read a response stating that the assistant detected it had made a typo.
Expected behavior
I am not expecting the assistant to make any typos.

I have come to realise that the assistant does not have a memory. I am working round that by asking it to keep details on progress and my requirements on work flow in modules in ReplicatedStorage. Not doing this means that every time I start a new conversation it does not need to analyse the project and does not make the same mistakes as often.

Doesn’t the Assistant report its own mistakes?
As it does not have a memory I suppose I should expect it not to.
This bug does not happen every time and only done so once in the last week that i can remember.
I will keep this bug report submission open every day and get the information to you as soon as I notice it occured again.
Here are some extracts from the Assistant window that maybe of some use when investigating the Assistant processes that are making mistakes that are not expected by the user or apparantly the assistant itself.
I had to use images as the Assistant window in the studio is not allowing copy/paste.
Using Stale data.
Failed edit process.
Typos.
