Audio creates Pop noise at original Position bug

The following anomalous noise ‘pop’ happens when this pod-thing flies away and plays the noise. Despite it being very far away, it plays the sound as if it’s right next to the camera for a fraction of a second.
When you’re further away from the original position of the pod-thing before it flies away, you can’t hear the pop noise, but I’m still looking for a solution to this.

Anyone know what’s causing this?

  • I’m opted out of Beta and have Volumetric Audio Disabled.
  • The Sound is located in the top dome part.
  • The script only plays the sound and does nothing else to the sound.
  • The position is being changed by AlignPosition.
