Automated Inbox Replies and Inbox Sorting

I get 100s of messages in my inbox every week. Many of these messages share frequently asked questions. It takes me time to read and respond.

Automated responses for specific keywords would save me so much time. Automated responses would not only reply but also mark the message as read, perhaps with an “automated reply” symbol. Automated responses can look for keywords that might clue in what the message is about. The latest AI could be used for extremely accurate subject detection.

You could take this a step further by allowing dates for automated responses. Perhaps you’re launching a new limited time event and you’re preparing for new FAQ. Or say you’re out of town and you aren’t keeping up with your inbox and you would like to warn your fans writing in messages.

Filters could also be used to separate messages into different folders or tabs to easily run through common pain points (or compliments for you to respond to without automation  )

I love to keep up with my inbox. It’s a real heartbeat for the games I work on. But it’s increasingly difficult to keep up with, and I can’t imagine the situation if I were in the position of games like Bloxburg or Dress to Impress with hundreds of thousands of people online. And with Roblox only continuing to grow, we need this more than ever before.

+1, this would be a great quality-of-life improvement.

imo would also prefer that all the Right to Erasure messages go somewhere else, if not a different page then at least another folder.

as for the automatic responses, you’ve given me a great idea for my next api project ;‎)

My inbox is pretty much unusable because of the Right to Erasure messages I get everyday. It’s a shame. I’d love to filter through and see actual messages from players.

On that Right to Erasure @asimo3089 , do you have a good way of pluging in the players id to remove them? You must get tons of requests from JB, I get quite a few for my games, and haven’t found an easy solution to removing players data.

i’d use webhooks for that. roblox supports adding a webhook for when a right-to-erasure request is made, so you can automate the process somewhat.

I support this 100%. I only get a few messages from players but I like to keep in touch and anwer their questions.

Something else to add to the fire though.
I’ve just seen a post saying that people getting warnings that Messages are being deprecated Oct. 7th…
