Since yesterday, I’ve been running into several problems on the Roblox website that are making it really hard to use. I’m on Windows 11, and I’ve tested everything across Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox the issues happen on all browsers, even in incognito mode.
Here’s what’s going on:
- The Avatar page won’t load.
When I try to access it (either from the sidebar or directly via Log in to Roblox), the page stays blank or gives a “The avatar page is temporarily unavailable” message. I can’t customize or change anything on my avatar. - The Marketplace doesn’t load either.
When I go to the Avatar Shop (Marketplace), the page won’t load correctly it either stays blank or it will say Catalog temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. I can’t browse or search for any items. - The Following button is missing from friends’ profiles.
I used to use the Following button to organize my close friends, but now it’s just gone. I’ve checked multiple profiles and it doesn’t show up anymore not even on people I previously followed. - All friend profiles show an “Unblock User” button, even though I never blocked them.
I double checked my block list and it’s completely empty. Still, the “Unblock User” button shows up randomly on all of my friends’ profiles. It’s really confusing and seems like a UI bug.
To rule out anything account specific, I even created a brand new Roblox account just for testing. The exact same problems happened on the new account too avatar page still broken, marketplace won’t load, Following button missing, and unblock button showing randomly.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Clearing cache and cookies
- Disabling all browser extensions
- Using incognito/private mode
- Restarting my PC
- Trying multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
- Logging in from a different account
None of that fixed anything.
If there’s any info I can provide to help (screenshots, browser console logs, etc.), just let me know. I hope this gets looked into soon, because these bugs are affecting core parts of the site and making it really frustrating to use.
