I cannot access the avatar shop. It doesnt work on any of the browsers on my computer. It works on my phone. I am windows 10

Are you using a VPN? Try checking the console with Ctrl + Shift + I to see the error code you’re getting.
No errors, and yes I use a vpn.
Your VPN is likely the cause of this then, and unfortunately it doesn’t seem like Roblox is planning to fix it anytime soon.
If you disable it and try again, everything should work properly.

This is an issue related to the VPN. In most of the specific countries I connect to via VPN, the catalog appears the same. Changing the location should fix the problem.
But it would’ve been better if this kind of variation between countries was fixed too, since it doesn’t really make much sense.
I had this happen to me last week. One workaround is to disable Wi-Fi and use a mobile hotspot instead. For some reason cellular data was unaffected by this.
