THE BRITISH ARMY RANKS GUIDE

Hey everyone! This guide contains the structure of the |BA| British Army group owned and founded by MarcusesTV. You can use this guide to help you understand the promotion system in the |BA| British Army group.


RANK STRUCTURE

Our rank structure is based off of a respect level system that ranges from Respect Level 0 to Respect Level 8. The higher your respect level, the more authority you'll be able to have over the members in ranks below you.

CHAIN OF COMMAND

  • Contact a member of the Officer Ranks regarding any concern or report. Do not contact a member of the Chief Ranks directly. If the Officer cannot handle your report or concern, he or she will contact a member of the command ranks for you.

  • As a member of the Officer Ranks, you may hand out orders to any lower ranks regardless of their regiment within reason.

  • If a member of the Officer Ranks, gives you an abusive or inappropriate order, report it to a higher ranking officer.


PROMOTION GUIDE

One very important fact to know and understand is that our promotion system runs based off of XP, also known as experience points. Here are some of the many ways to earn XP:

  • Guarding our border at the Army Simulator
  • Participating in trainings
  • Participating in raids at our map
  • Participating in raids at enemy maps
  • Participating in patrols
  • Demonstrating leadership

Below is a list of every rank earnable through XP along with how much XP is needed to reach that rank:

Recruit NEW MEMBER
Private 50 XP
Lance Corporal 100 XP
Corporal 200 XP
Sergeant 350 XP
Staff Sergeant 550 XP
Colour Sergeant 800 XP
Sergeant Major 1100 XP
Army Sergeant Major      RESERVED
Warrant Officer 2 1450 XP
Warrant Officer 1 1850 XP
Second Lieutenant 2300 XP
Lieutenant 2800 XP
Captain 3350 XP

RECRUIT → CAPTAIN

  • You can earn all the ranks between Recruit and Captain, including Captain by gaining XP when you participate in the activities listed above.

CAPTAIN → MAJOR

  • Once you are a member of any of the Respect Level 5 ranks, you can take the British Officer Course. When you successfully complete the British Officer Course, you can become a Major in the |BA| British Army.

MAJOR → VICE CHAIRMAN

  • Once you become Major in the |BA| British Army, your future promotions will be based off of your outstanding leadership qualities, your activity within the army, and your active display of professionalism.
