Our group is trying to upload badge images. These images have a glow effect on them but roblox is filling them to make them solid colour. Is there a way to fix this?

I’m not too sure why this happens. I would suspect that Roblox is doing some funny business filling in transparent/semi-transparent pixels. Here are some solutions that may work:
- check the uploaded image is in .png format
- run your image through Pixelfix
- add more padding to the sides of the image

If the transparent part are the problem you could add a background behind the badge i don’t think anyone will notice
