Vehicle Balance Patch Part 1
Artillery:

  • moved seat backwards
  • reduced damage multipliers against defense turrets

  • Disabled “CanCollide” on all armors and their variants, this should stop other players from pushing you
    (including the sus suit)

  • Fixed Basic Armor Shock Trooper not properly reducing infantry explosive damage

  • Lowered Basic and Advanced Assault Suit rocket resist nerf from 15% → 10% (35% resist to 40%)

  • Lowered Basic Armor Suit Shock Trooper explosive resist buff from 15% → 10% to compensate (effectively reverts the explosive resist nerf)

  • Fixed gap in riverpass terrain

  • Reworked Short Barrel Minigun
    Damage: 143 @ all ranges → 143 @ 35m / 90 @ 150m

This rework will make the short barrel minigun fill much more of a “run and gun” playstyle, being a diet M134

  • Fixed a part of Heavy Armor Suit’s Shock Trooper model being more reflective than the rest

Heavy Armor Rework:

  • Increased base HP from 2000 → 3500
  • Reworked all resistances to account for higher base hp, Heavy Armor is now slightly more explosive resistant, but has a little less small arms EHP to compensate

  • HK21E (LMG), a hipfire only LMG that can be used by heavy class armors

  • All Armors:

    • Winterized: HP regen starts much quicker, but regens much slower, varies from armor to armor
  • Heavy Armor Suit:

    • Rear Shield: Adds a shield to the back of the suit, this shield is much bigger and more powerful than the standard shields
    • Nanotech Composite Armor: Re-enables health regen at 20% Speed
    • Shock Trooper: Increases health by 250, 60% Ram resistance and re-enabled health regen at 5% speed
    • Molecular Nanite Fortification: Reduces damage taken by 30% and lowers walkspeed by 33% for 10s on activation, 40s cooldown when activated
  • EOD Suit:

    • Extra Padding: Reduces damage taken from trap explosives (C4, Landmine, Self Explode) by 75%, as well as lowering ram and vehicle explosive damage by 70%
    • Absorptive Interwoven Mesh: Reduces damage taken from anti-mat weapons by 25%, but reduces small arms resistance by 15%
    • Nanotech Composite Armor: Re-enables health regen at 20% Speed
    • Shock Trooper: Increases health by 250, 60% Ram resistance and re-enabled health regen at 5% speed
    • Molecular Nanite Fortification: Reduces damage taken by 30% and lowers walkspeed by 33% for 10s on activation, 40s cooldown when activated
  • Reduced the price of all the utility perks from 40-45k to 10-15k

    • Ported Shielded Armor Suits’ perk suite to Tactical Shield Suit (dual shield and bigger shield)

Balance:
Advanced Assault Armor Suit

  • Health: 3000 → 2750
    Reason: Gives Basic Armor better eHP @ 10ws (old AAA w/ HP & Overdrive: 3250hp/10ws | new AAA w/ HP & Overdrive: 3000hp/10ws | Current Basic Armor HP+Frontal: 3055eHP/10ws. Basic Armor does not have access to emergency protocols perk)

Advanced Assault Armor Suit - Emergency Protocols:

  • Health trigger: 30% → 20%
  • Walkspeed increase: 30% → -30%
    Reason: Proper sidegrade to activation perk (more resistance, activates automatically, but only below 20% hp) | eHP w/ HP boost: 3600. Reduced walkspeeds when perk is active teaches the user to ride out the current engagement instead of running.

Basic Armor Suit - Mobility:

  • Walkspeed Boost: 20% → 10%

Basic Armor Suit - Lightweight Plating:

  • Walkspeed Boost: 40% → 30%
    Reason: HP/WS ratio too high, especially when combined with lightweight suit (old: 1875hp/16ws | new: 1875hp/14ws

EXO Armor Suit - Jump Cooldown Reduction:

  • Renamed to “Jump Cooldown Removal”

EXO Armor Suit - Shock Trooper:

  • Health boost: 75 → 50
  • Jump cooldown reduction: 25% → 40%
    Reason: EXO Armor now tops out at 1000hp maximum (21ws) or 900hp (23ws), and is further differentiated from Light Armor’s ST

EOD Suit:

  • Now has intrinsic 30% resistance to C4, Landmines and Self-Explode

Assassin Armor:

  • Health: 667 → 700
    Reason: Will now survive more sniper bodyshots if the armor is maxxing out health perks, without affecting many other STK/TTK from automatic weapons

Assassin Armor - Health Boost:

  • Health Boost: 84 → 90
    Reason: Caps Assassin Armor at 840hp using this perk and protective suit

Assassin Armor - Protective Suit:

  • Health Boost: 7.5% → +50
  • Splash Damage Resistance: 15% → 0%
    Reason: Standardization of health boosts being additive not a multiplication, and removing splash damage resistance will make lightweight suit and shock trooper more viable

Assassin Armor - Lightweight Suit:

  • Jump cooldown reduction: 10% → 50%
    Reason: Make the perk more viable, as a side grade to EXO ST with less jump cooldown and more walkspeed, but a worse hp-walkspeed ratio (AssassinHP+Lightweight: 790hp/24ws | EXOSpeed+ST: 900hp/23ws)

  • Removed stale bread (it was an April fools weapon that was meant to be removed, but wasn’t)
  • Self explode now has kill tracking and ranks, will count towards progress to BW Striker-02 and BW Devastator (why would you do this?)
  • Edited the lightweight plating perk on basic armor suit to have a slightly different model
  • Gave M2HB the “Hipfiring” Reticle
  • Renamed the AK family weapons to their proper names
  • Moved all VIP armors to a new “Gamepass” armor section to avoid clutter in survivability and mobility f2p armors
  • Snipers no longer ignore directional resistances
  • Adjusted RPG-7 firing sound to make it feel more powerful
  • Updated DMR-11 reload sound, slightly adjusted firing sound to be more pleasing
  • Greatly decreased the lifespan of small arms muzzle flash smoke by 80% and increased transparency to improve visual clarity while aiming down sights in first person
  • Updated the Heavy armor weapon restriction notification to include EOD
  • Updated Heavy armor description to include weapon restrictions and no HP regen
  • Updated the reload sound on Blizzard-HMG
  • Added Turret, Heavy Turret and M2HB to the unlock list for LMG-11 and LMG-X

The 15th Year Update

  1. Cake Spawns

Destroying these Cakes for extra Score.

Destroying Golden Cake for a chance of getting a free weapon for one life.
including weapons that above 20000 score, 14YO VIP and 15YO VIP weapons! (Same weighting as other allowed weapons)

Removed Chauchat, Self-Explode, Speed Potions from the Golden Cake.

Sand Castle will still be spawned, with lowered chances. Due to there are summer quests still running.
Increased Total spawn amount from 60 to 80 to compensate this.

  1. 14YO quest weapons are back

Assault Rifle: The 14th Exterminator
Has 2 Modes and a special effects that deal damage based on enemies’ Max HP

Completing the quests will also upgrade all of the 14YO weapons. Allow the special effects to be extended from 14 seconds to 20 seconds.
Mostly same requirements, with different tiny cake locations

  1. 15YO VIPs (Unique Weapon, 399 Robux - 20% off this month, Original 499)

Allow you to keep the weapon permanently.

Notices: As it is necessary for roblox to promotes the game, we have to implement some kind of marketing. However we will try to seek for a balance between f2p and these.
We have no plan to add any purchases that directly gain Kills and Achievement Kills.

Bug Fixes:

  • Attempting to fix the Sound Bug

Seems the sounds doesn’t even load from the Roblox Service at the some point in game.
I’ve rewrite the whole system on how it handle the sound, I hope it will be fixed for all type of clients.

  • Attempting to fix “you cant spawn a vehicle while taking damage” after dying and respawning
  • Combined Flag Capture Score notification (instead of two notification with +50 for holder and +50 for team, it will show as a single +100 notification)
  • Fixed most Score and C.Points notification to be proper amounts

Whenever you leave an empty perk slot, the default free perk will auto equipped.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fix not being able to re-equip the same armor upon joining the game if you dont select any other armors first.
  • Hit Reg Improve: Projectiles launched before death will also deal damage properly (By the server time.)

Game Revamp - Armor Balance (Part 1)
Assassin Armor and BPV are the 2 best armors in the game because of how much health they have compared to their WalkSpeed (how hard they are to hit) and they have the best perks in the game.
Shielded Armor and Basic Armor see almost no play because they are being oneshot by Rockets and Sniper Headshots, when they are very easy to hit.

Bulletproof Vest (BPV):

  • No changes

Assassin Suit:

  • Health is reduced to 667

Anti explode:

  • Remove self splash damage
  • Is unaffected by rocket stun

Shield armor:

  • Shield takes reduced damage from rockets and anti material rounds (-70%)

Basic armor:

  • Health increase to 2500
  • Infantry rocket resistance by 50%
    (Lightweight plating perk will remove the resistance)

Easter Armor:

  • No changes

Tactical shield armor:

  • Shield takes reduced damage from rockets and anti material arounds (-70%)

Light armor:

  • No changes

Heavy armor:

  • No changes

As for the Perks Revamp, it will be in the next update.
