Why is there a black image behind my badge icon even tho its png and does not have that black background in original, only happens when I upload it.

Does it have transparent background with as well as is it a png?

Yes it does have transparent background.
Is it a PNG ? If its a JPEG or whatever it is that could the reason.

Try to reupload it or if that doesn’t work go back into the editing software and redo everything.
This is actually a bug, I don’t think there’s a solution for right now other than just uploading another badge. Strange badge artifacts on transparent pngs - #3 by af_uu
