The accessory “Blanc Knowledge Visor” was uploaded as a Face instead of a face accessory, meaning it doesn’t work. The item doesn’t load when it’s worn.

Honestly, nothing happens. It doesn’t show on your head.

It’s viewable when you use “Try-On”, but doesn’t load the thumbnail correctly.
It’s just a plain white shades (kinda) for the new event

It seems to load in the website, but it doesn’t load ingame.

It seems like the issue was fixed, with the Accessory being reuploaded in the correct category.
It appeared in my inventory without doing anything.

Hello, I’m still seeing an error in regards to this asset attempting to load onto player character avatars, was wondering if this is due to players still having the old version equipped without equipping the new version. Noticed this due to our Roblox experience analytics showing the mentioned error below, if the issue is that players haven’t equipped the new version yet is there any chance you guys could manually update player avatars to equip the new one so the error stops showing up in our analytics?
