Blender Armature Issue

Hi, I’m attempting to import FBX animations from Blender onto a custom skinned R15 rig but have come across an issue when importing where the arms in the animation are either inverted or slightly misplaced.

I have tried applying transforms and applying the proper rest pose but this did not fix the arms.

I suspect it has something to do with the armature in blender, but after searching for a while I could not find anyone with the same issue or solutions.

The rest of the rig such as the head, torso and legs work as intended.

Below are comparisons between the desired result in blender and the outcome in Studio. Also included are my export settings.

In this comparison the right arm is only slightly misplaced while the left arm is bending the opposite way it’s supposed to.

Here everything works as intended, except for the arms that are going the opposite direction.
(I don’t know what the yellow errors are since Studio doesn’t say what they are but I have not had any issues with them).
