can i get banned for using this?

I have always used this and I never had been banned, plus I don’t think Roblox would take this down just because it improves the configurability on the Roblox Player app.

Hyperion does not detect Bloxstrap, you should be fine.

I don’t think Bloxstrap is detecting my Roblox client. Not only does it not warn me when I run Bloxstrap in-game but also none of the settings and changes I make on Bloxstrap actually work in-game. It also still uses the old roblox bootstrapper.

I think this is all because of how “Play Roblox” was deleted by OneDrive, not sure how to get it back though.

It should appear in your Start menu. You’ll have to find it somehow, since you need it to reregister Bloxstrap as Roblox’s launch handler.

I can’t find it at all. Is there any way to get it back?

I guess just re-download and run the executable?

I mean… there is a feature where you can add modded files to the client. by going into the bloxstrap menu program and then going to mods and clicking the “Open Mods Folder” button.
(Added a image bellow for showing you how it looks)

Then go to the “content” folder, and then “textures” folder.

After going to the “textures” folder, you will need to add the modified shiftlock-cursor.
NOTE: the file MUST be called “MouseLockedCursor.png” or else it wont replace it.
After putting the modified shiftlock-cursor, you can now safely close the file explorer.
And also, go back to the bloxstrap menu program to click the “save” button, this isnt really required, i just do it just incase it doesnt notices the new added file.

And thats how you can add custom shiftlock cursors.

I think I found a bug, not exactly sure what causes this

EDIT: If this has happened to you and you want to get rid of it. Open the Registry Editor and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\NotifyIconSettings and keep browsing through the keys until you find a InitialTooltip value with the value of Bloxstrap then delete the key then reinstall.

You’re probably using an old version of bloxstrap. It used to create multiple instances and no longer does.

Is there a way I can get rid of them?

Hover over them in your tray and they should go away.

Hm, seems like I have the same thing, though that registry key doesn’t seem to exist in Windows 10. If you can list all the registry values for the duplicate entries, that’d be nice.

hi pizzaboxer

I have feature request for bloxstrap

make it so bloxstrap automaticially joins you to roblox server with best connection (aka automaticially join server with lowest ping)

add it as a toggle into settings for people who prefer slower servers
