Background
Bloxy Bingo game moderators are a courtesy & voluntary additional layer of moderation to that provided by Roblox. The Roblox report system should always be your first port of call when people break the rules.
Roblox’s default moderation can be slow to provide action, so we have some volunteer moderators who will impose restrictions quicker (in bloxy bingo only) in cases of repetitive clustered offences by a single user.
They are usually frequent players of the game anyway, and will often moderate silently while playing.
This guide contains a tutorial moderators on how to use the tools we provide them.
Accessing the Moderation Menu
The moderation menu is accessed by pressing the “Moderate” button on the top bar. (This may be under the expanded menu on devices with narrow displays).
Moderation Menu - Visibility
![]()
This checkbox will control if the moderation shield emoji is shown next to your name in chat (and make your name pink) and above your avatar to make people aware you are a moderator.
Moderation Menu - Selecting a Player
Upon opening the moderation menu, you will be greeted with a search bar to enter a username.
Type in a username, then press select to open up a player moderation profile.
While entering a username, if the player is in the server (or on your friends list), you will see them in the drop down menu.
Note: You can’t deselect a player, even by closing the menu, it will always show the last selected player.
Moderation Menu - Player Info
Below the selection bar, you will see the players username, and a profile picture of them. Below this will be their moderation information.

List of moderation actions available:
Remember that we operate a primarily mute based policy. Kicking or banning should be a last resort.
Note: Game Bans can only be issued by select moderators.
Note: All actions are logged.
Moderation Menu - Errors
Errors will be shown at the bottom of the menu.
Important Note
All buttons use data stores. Requests my take awhile to complete. Do not double click or spam click them or you will use up the games data store budget and break the game for everyone.
Because of the limits, you should also not make too many requests/actions in the menu. The limit shouldn’t be too much of a worry, but please use it on an “as needed” only basis.
You are in a trusted position with this.
