Our code of conduct is here to inform our community on how-to act in our enterprises. Please note that any and all of these regulations are in full effect at all of our games and events. Not following these important rules will result in moderation action, up to and including a permanent ban from our game.
General Code of Conduct
[1] Exploiting
Hacking, or exploiting, is not allowed at any and all Botega enterprises. Committing such actions will result in a permanent ban without notice.
[2] Dress Code
Anything clothing item/accessory cannot be introduced into our games. Some examples include:
- Clothing that resembles revealing skin.
- Racist/sexist phrases.
- Oversized UCG items.
- Outfits that represent body hair.
- Any other irrelevant clothing.
When caught with inappropriate clothing, you’ll be given 30 seconds to change. After that, you will be kicked. Please remember that our staff team has the authority to deem your outfit inappropriate, should it resemble so. You are to abide by their request.
[3] Impersonation
As a member of our community, we strictly prohibit impersonating other people. Examples include pretending to be other staff members, wearing an irrelevant company uniform, etc.
[4] Spamming
Spamming is when you repeat the same phrase over and over again, with intentions to clog chat, etc. When spamming, you’ll be asked to stop. After that, you’ll be removed from the server.
[5] Trolling
Things that resemble trolling is acting immature, being inappropriate, etc. If you troll, you’ll be removed from our game{s) after we ask you to stop.
[6] Grammar
Grammar is NOT required, unless you are a staff member. However, we do expect you to be appropriate with what you say. Just because you can say it doesn’t mean it won’t have consequences.
[7] Advertising
We strictly prohibit advertising in our games for your personal gain. Asking people to join your group, asking people to subscribe to your social media, etc, is prohibited and counts as advertising.
[8] Languages
We ask that you only speak English when at our enterprises. If you cannot speak English well, you may use a service such as Google Translate.
[9] Bypassing
We do not allow our community to utilize bypassed phrases/usernames. You’ll be banned if found to do so.
[10] Annoyance
Please do not attempt to annoy our staff members just “for fun”. We will kick you if you keep doing so.
[11] Rudeness/Respect
Our company highly utilizes respect within our game. We ask that you try to keep rudeness to a minimum, while treating your peers and seniors with the respect they deserve.
[12] Ban Evasion
Trying to escape a ban by making an ALT account or leaving when a MR comes is considered ban evasion. You’ll be permanently banned if you do so, as we don’t have time to play games with you. Furthermore, please do not make false reports of others.
[13] Ordering
We allow each member of our community to order 3 items at a time. You’ll be reminded if you choose to order more than 3. After that, you will be kicked if you keep doing it.
