I’m currently experiencing the same issue with my group. I even tweaked my templates thinking that it was an error on my end, but I guess it’s quite the opposite now that I’ve come across this post.

I hope that when this issue is sorted out that Roblox would fix the error 400 and make sure the clothing piece comes up or refund the players who spent 10 rbx each upload then they can reupload it.

The error 400 means that your item has been moderated by Roblox. Check your messages to see if you have “ content against community standards” message. I get the error 400 when my textures are banned after uploading in studio.

Hi there!
I can assure that the asset was not moderated, as I uploaded multiple pieces and I am getting a plethora of other peoples experiences with the same issue. Apparently it has to do with something about uploading under your group.

The items itself have not been moderated, please see my response from above.
The shirt published on the group page is visible, and does not show the moderation logo, however, when clicking on the shirt, it returns with an Error 400.

My friend recently uploaded a shirt in their group’s store, and clicking it returns with an error 400 page. It has always been like this. See for yourself: visiting the page always returns with an error 400: https://www.roblox.com/catalog/11144639727 , Roblox is probably updating their catalog system? I’m not sure

I am having this issue as well.
Currently is happening with any clothes I upload on my group (shirts, pants, t-shirts).
The pages load correctly on mobile, but not on PC. This is a serious problem as users on PC cannot buy my clothes, and I cannot get the IDs of the clothes I make. Hoping Roblox fixes this soon.

same thing happened to me. uploaded 3 shirts from my holder account, was able to buy one from my main somehow but can’t access the others. im able to change offsale and onsale though

Yeah, these items are definitely not moderated, I can see the icon of the clothes, wear them, and even enter their configuration page, but the main links of the items seem to be broken. It’s a very nasty bug and they should probably disable classic clothing uploading on groups for the time being, until they fix this issue. If not, at least put a small warning label above. This issue is also getting quite old, I encountered it first on 29th of September.
