Hi, the clothing I uploaded when I click on it, it still has the error 400

The 2 galaxy hoodies are still coming up with error 400.

Glad you brought this up! I just now realized I made an error in my statement above. The clothes that were initially uploaded still have the Error 400 unfortunately. Though, I reuploaded the same assets and those ones didnât experience any issue, sorry about that shouldâve clarified!

Hi, I doubt you have the answer for this, but do you know if they will be fixing the error 400 on clothing that was already uploaded or are they going to [refund or not refund] people and ask them to reupload it??

Heyo, unfortunately I cannot provide you an affirmative answer for either of those. I do hope we will be able to be compensated for the ROBUX lost due to this bug, or just be able to get our initial assets back.

Seems fixed for me, assets that previously were Error 400 now are accessible
