The bug consists with the security notification prompt, as when a user is given a security notification prompt (atleast on my case) it removed all my security on it, my authenticator and email on my account 3Z8, and after all of this happening when you send a support ticket to Roblox it doesnt let you verify ownership as whoever is reading the Support Ticket acts like the said sccount never had a email verified. This is a interesting bug cause it pretty much steals your account and seems you can never retrieve it.
This was suppost to be patched in 2022 but it never was; Thus I managed to recover my account last time in 2022 after reporting it. But the same bug is still happening preventing account recovery.
How to replicate; get the account a security notification prompt, usually happens when you either get breached or have have multiple IPs. In my case it was due one of my passwords being breached that led to multiple phishing emails being sent.
You can see how the account was verified, but the bug still pretends like it isnt verified.
Expected behavior
- The Bug to be fixed as a whole.
- My account to be restored back on my email
