From the image you can see how the lines are rigid without being cornered. Additionally, from the shape creation system in the post, the floor doesnt appear to have cylinders either:
Thanks for the feedback on the tutorial. Just to clarify, can you specify what you mean by “make the player have freedom in building”? Are you suggesting I should make it so the script can be accessible to in-game players and not just developers too?
To make a plugin better you should have the freedom to build things and this is something you did but the plugin should be very important and this is something unfortunately not in your plugin but you should wokring more on your plugin to attract more people to this post
so people can use this plugins to make house or city or map
and that will be help ful but right now it’s dosen’t have a lot of models so builders can build what ever
they want and you need make the plugin have a smooth movement
what i mean about all that it’s the plugin should be useful for the builders but it’s dosen’t have any models just some models and you need keep post the update about the plugin so people can use the plugin more
I am not a builder so I don’t have a lot of models for builders. You can add models to the plugin by creating a model then moving it into the plugin’s folder in explorer. Do you have any suggestions on how I can gain more models even though I’m not a builder?
Hey I see you guys like my Welcome To Bloxburg plugin and I’m currenty working on a tool that expands even further to adress the many aspects of game development.
Imagine a tool where you can edit the design aesthetics, scripts, assets, map builds, and UI in a single plugin.
This plugin uses the same technology of the bloxburg building tools for the structure building functionality, but it also has notably improvements in also having a poly terrain editor (like how you can edit terrain with roblox’s built in terrain editor but for a more cartoony and poly style), and it splits the outdoor elements to plots for better management.
You would be able to drag-and-drop premade custom functionality for things like lobby systems, npc monstors, etc. And the design editor would automatically assist in the many areas of aesthetics like sounds, gui color, map colors, animations, etc.
Thanks, and I appreciate you pointing that out. In the past, I have been overly critical of others’ resources, primarily because I was jealous of their success. Perhaps I believed my posts “deserved” more recognition because my posts were more “important.”
But I also know how hard it is to create resources, especially after all the effort into creating this new plugin, where it feels like all my progress moves at a crawl.
So when I insulted these resources, it was not because they were bad, but because I was jealous. Therefore, I think the most appropriate action is to take down my inappropriate comments, so thank you for pointing that out. If you see any posts like that, let me know.
Just wanted to say I really appreciate your response. Owning up to something like that takes a lot of maturity, and I have a lot of respect for how you handled it. Not everyone would take the time to reflect and be that honest, especially in a public thread.
I totally get the frustration too — slow progress can really eat at you, especially when you feel like your work isn’t getting the recognition it deserves. But it’s clear you care about what you’re building, and that passion shows.
I’ll remove my comment as well — you’ve more than earned that. Wishing you the best with your plugin, and honestly, props again for being so self-aware and genuine. That kind of attitude is what makes this community better.
