However, as the original poster also pointed out, this bundle becomes transparent under certain conditions. Despite this item clearly failing validation and violating the Marketplace policy, it continues to exist in the catalog.
Additionally, the appeals team has restored this bundle twice in the past, even though there was an obvious rule violation.

I used to own a head like this (don’t know why), I’ve seen people wear this in-game trying to have a cheap headless and I can tell they have a head as I always use the lowest graphics lol.
Jokes aside, something like this should not be on the marketplace, what’s even worse is that there are scam items that are impersonating this item and the headless head (they’re just invisible hats which do nothing).

Until you put a clear “unappealable” note in this item’s deletion data, this will be restored indefinitely. The appeals team has 0 idea how to do their job when it comes to items like these, which is quite ridiculous.
