The following pages are displayed regarding the abilities and responsibilities of each position and what is expected from them. They are produced to guide those who may be confused regarding their position and the ability their position consists of.


Non-working positions:

CAMPERS

  • This is the first Campers-based rank within Camp Atoka. This rank is given to people who join the group.

HONOURED CAMPER

  • This the second Campers-based rank within Camp Atoka. This rank is given to people who are former executives or leadership team members, or investors and contributors.

AFFILIATE REPRESENTATIVE

  • This rank is designated for affiliate representatives which are business partners.

Low Ranks:

AWAITING TRAINING

  • This is the first low-rank within Camp Atoka. Moreover, it is also the first rank to be considered a staff member here. This rank is achieved by passing an application.

JUNIOR CAMP STAFF

  • This is the second low-rank within Camp Atoka. It is achieved by passing training as an Awaiting Training. This rank now allows the individual access to all low-rank accessible places.

CAMP STAFF

  • This is the third low-rank within Camp Atoka. It is achieved by receiving enough points as Junior Camp Staff. Additionally, you may attend and pass a training session to get promoted. This rank allows the individual access to all low-rank accessible places.

SENIOR CAMP STAFF

  • This is the fourth low-rank within Camp Atoka. It is achieved by receiving enough points as Camp Staff, or attending and passing another training session. This rank allows the individual access to all low-rank accessible places.

CAMP LEADER

  • This is the final low-rank within Camp Atoka. It is achieved by receiving enough points. This is the final rank achievable by points. Alternatively, you can only be promoted by the Staffing Department in order to receive your next consecutive rank.

Management Ranks

20 | CAMP INTERN

  • This rank is temporary for all new staff members joining our Middle-rank team. Within this rank, they will be given a one-week internship process in order to move forward. Camp Intern is achievable by passing an application, or being active as a Camp Leader.

30 | CAMP ASSISTANT

  • This rank is considered the first official Middle-Rank of Camp Atoka as it unlocks the majority of Middle Ranking privileges. This individual would’ve been promoted from Camp Leader after completing their internship process.

35 | CAMP SUPERVISOR

  • This rank is considered the second official Middle-Rank of Camp Atoka. It is achievable by being an active, professional and dedicated Camp Assistant.

25 | CAMP MANAGER

  • This is the third official Middle-rank of Camp Atoka. It is achievable by being an active, professional and dedicated member of the Supervising team.

Executives:

24 | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • This is the first High-Rank within Camp Atoka. Achieved by being promoted from a Camp Manager member, this rank is assigned with being a department member, contributing to many tasks within.

3 | COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

  • This is the joint second High-Rank within Camp Atoka. Achieved by being promoted from an Executive Assistant, this rank is assigned with being a department co-leader due to their dedication to the department as an Executive Assistant.

3 | STAFFING DIRECTOR

  • This is the joint second High-Rank within Camp Atoka. Achieved by being promoted from an Executive Assistant, this rank is assigned with being a department co-leader due to their dedication to the department as an Executive Assistant.

Development:

CAMPSITE DEVELOPER

  • This rank is the only development rank within Camp Atoka. They are responsible for developing new updates, versions of the restaurant and maintaining our facilities.

Leadership:

2 | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

  • This is the first Senior-Rank within Camp Atoka. They are department overseers and ensure that the group operates smoothly. They also manage executive staff members.

2 | PROGRAM DIRECTOR

  • This is the second Senior-Rank within Camp Atoka. They are the co-founders of Camp Atoka and also are department overseers. They manage executive staff members alongside the rest of the Leadership Team.

1 | CAMP DIRECTOR

  • This is the final Senior-Rank within Camp Atoka. They are the founder of Camp Atoka and also are department overseers. They manage Executive staff members alongside the rest of the Leadership Team.
