Can’t update image of existing Developer Product

Reproduction Steps

  1. Go to URL
  2. Click on “Developer products”
  3. Edit any existing developer product
  4. Select an image and upload
  5. Goes into infinite loading

I tried 3 browsers - Edge, Firefox, Chrome, happens on all 3

Device Info

User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:98.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/98.0
Platform Type: PC
Device Type: Computer

Expected Behavior
Should be able to update the icon

Actual Behavior
Goes into infinite loading

Capture

To capture how bad the issue is, look below:

I have 2 developer products with images that were moderated and I can’t update them. Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when players want to purchase something. It is directly affecting both Roblox and my ability to monetize.

Workaround
nope, as far as I know this is the only place where you can update the icon.

The only workaround would be to create a new developer product but I don’t want to do that in fear of messing up analytics.

I have tried this out on the Chrome browser and it worked for me all it did was reset the “file location” thing so that I could put in a different file.
I think the issue for you is that you have too many Developer Products made or that you were trying to edit a lot of them at the same time. I am no expert at this but I’m pretty sure it has to do with your device or maybe internet.

Does this issue occur to all your products or only the ones that got moderated?

This most likely is related to this bug report (Can't upload image for my Developer Product - #13 by royee354) in which if so, it also occurs on DevProducts that have no image uploaded to them.
